It is our suggestion non to salt the cooking water for two reasons: on one side salt depletes the aliment’s nutritional values, on the other the WHO (World Health Organization), has set its daily assumption limit to 5 gr.
To ease iron assimilation, it is sufficient to squeeze two drops of lemon juice on the already cooked and plated pasta.
